Charles Puckett has taught private art classes in his studio and classes for the Union County Community Arts Council. He works mainly in Oil on Canvas. Preliminary sketches of the subject are sketched before work of the painting is begun. Sometimes an under painting is established and sometimes only a block-in of the subject is made, but in either case the basic light, middle and dark values are established.Charles was born in Kentucky and spent most of his life in Georgia after military service. He now lives in Weddington, NC. Commissions for artwork are accepted.
